Karen Taylor

Karen has over 20 years of experience in providing accommodation and tuition for students, and is dedicated to providing an excellent service. Karen purchased EFAA on 1st October 2016.

Laila-Jane 

Laila Jane joined EFAA in May 2018. Laila Jane is our office administrator and is a massive support to Karen and all of our EFAA representatives and our accommodation providers. She keeps everyone updated with their bookings, guests details, diets and allergies and each groups daily times and monitors the pay run. You will also see Laila-Jane at the meeting points in her purple hi vis jacket.

At each meeting point our accommodation providers, students, teachers and drivers will always met by one or our representatives in the mornings and evenings. 
Our dedicated and friendly team of representatives will always be wearing a purple hi vis jacket with EFAA on.
